The parties will engage in in-depth collaboration and jointly practice the "Dual Carbon" initiative across multiple domains, including full-channel services for the battery consumer market, green transportation capacity, logistics warehousing and distribution and zero-carbon parks, smart transformation of industrial supply chain, administrative supplies and employee integrated services, data centers, and accompanying services for global expansion. By doing so, they will drive a green and low-carbon industrial transition and smart upgrades in supply chain operations to lead industry advancement.

As a leading company in e-commerce, JD operates across multiple sectors, including retail, technology, logistics, industry, healthcare, industrial development, and international business. In the EV energy replenishment ecosystem sector, they will jointly establish official direct sales channels for Choco-Swap, co-promote a model of vehicle-battery separation , and expand sales of Choco-Swap compatible vehicles.

In the battery aftermarket sector, they will leverage JD Auto Care's nationwide service network to conduct battery aftermarket collaborations, providing more users with professional new energy aftermarket services.
